🧬🔬 Edible Cells in Action! 🍬🥼
In a fun and tasty science activity, Mrs. Rossi's 4th grade scholars created edible model cells using a variety of food items to represent different organelles!
From gummy worms as the endoplasmic reticulum to marshmallows as the nucleus and Twizzlers for the cell membrane — their creativity (and sweet tooth) truly shined!
As they built their delicious models, each scholar explained the function of every part, reinforcing their understanding of cell structure and function in the most flavorful way possible.
Great job, scientists! 👩🔬🧑🔬 #HandsOnLearning #ScienceIsSweet #EdibleCells #4thGradeFun #STEMeducation
